
Studio Policies​

Cancellations & No-Shows
​
What is the cancellation policy? We require at least 12 hours' notice to cancel a reservation. If you cancel within this window, the class will be deducted from your pass. For Unlimited members, a $25 late cancel/no-show fee will be charged.

Can I switch class times on the same day? Any change to a different class time within the 12-hour window is considered a late cancellation and the policy above will apply.

What if I have an emergency or get sick? We offer one courtesy waiver per calendar year for emergencies. In cases of illness, please do not come to class - we will waive your late cancel penalty. To use your waiver, please text or email the studio directly.

What happens if the studio cancels my class? If we cancel a session with less than 24 hours' notice, we will credit an extra session to your account and help you reschedule as soon as possible.

Will class still happen if I am the only one signed up? If only one person is registered, we may reach out to ask you to join the next scheduled class or we may cancel the session altogether.

Weather
​
Will the Studio cancel classes? We aim to make a final decision regarding morning classes by 9:00 PM the night before, and for evening classes by 2:00 PM the day of. You will be notified via email and/or SMS text and your session will be automatically returned to your account for future use. No late-cancel fees will apply.

What if the studio remains open but I don't want to drive? We understand that road conditions vary by neighborhood. Please cancel your reservation as early as possible through our app/website. During official local weather advisories, our standard 12-hour cancellation fee may be waived at our discretion. Please email the studio at hello@mindfulmotionpilates.com if you are unable to attend due to weather so we can adjust your account manually.

What if an Instructor can't make it in because of weather? We will do our best to find a substitute. If no substitute is available, the class will be canceled, and you will be notified immediately.
Class Waitlists

How do I know if I’ve been moved into the class? You will receive an automated text or email the moment a spot opens up. Please ensure your notifications are turned "ON" in your account settings so you don't miss the alert!

What happens if I’m added to a class but can no longer make it? Once you are moved from the waitlist into the class, you are officially "booked." Our standard 12-hour cancellation policy applies at that moment. If you are no longer sure you can attend, we recommend removing yourself from the waitlist before that 12-hour window begins.

How late can I be added to the class? Our system will automatically move clients into class up until 60 minutes before the start time. After that window, the waitlist closes to ensure everyone has enough time to travel to the studio.
​
Do I lose a class credit for joining a waitlist? No. A credit is only redeemed if you are successfully moved into the class. If you do not get off the waitlist, the credit remains in your account for future use.
Can I remove myself from a waitlist? Yes! You can remove yourself from a waitlist at any time through the app or website without penalty.

Memberships & Refunds
​
What is your refund policy? All purchases, packages, and memberships are non-refundable.
​
How do I cancel my Monthly Unlimited membership? You can submit a cancellation request via Walla. Requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to your next billing date.
​
Can I put my membership on hold? Yes. You may pause your Monthly Unlimited plan for travel, illness, or injury for a minimum of eight consecutive weeks. Please contact the studio to arrange this; we are unable to make exceptions for shorter durations.
​
I have an Unlimited plan. Can I take multiple classes in a day? Due to high demand and limited space, clients may take one class per day.

Package Expirations

When do my class passes expire?

4-Class Pass: Expires after 2 months.

8-Class Pass: Expires after 4 months.
Can I get an extension on my expiration date? To maintain our scheduling flow, we do not offer expiration date extensions. We encourage you to check your expiration dates in your account profile.
