Ready to get started?
At Mindful Motion Pilates, we start every new client with an Intro to Pilates Class. This allows us to get to you know you as an individual and teach you the fundamentals of the Pilates method so that you are successful throughout your Pilates practice. Intro to Pilates Classes are offered twice a week on Wednesdays at Noon or 6:30p.m. We have a maximum of three people per Intro to Pilates Class for lots of individual attention. Class is $40/person.
