New to Pilates? Start here!

Our Intro Class will teach new clients the fundamentals of Pilates, introduce the equipment and get you acquainted with class etiquette. Learning the fundamentals is a worthy investment in the future of your Pilates practice.  After this 55-minute class, you'll be ready to hop right into a group class.

Have previous experience at another studio?  Start here!

 

After new clients complete their intro sessions, or if a client has previous experience at another studio, they will be welcome to join a group class. Our classes are small - only eight clients - to allow for maximum individual attention.

 

Sessions are 55-minutes in length and will be jam packed with a series of intense and effective exercises. You will start to see a difference in your flexibility and strength after only a few classes.

Private Sessions

If you're looking to deepen your practice or prefer a non-group setting, private or semi-private sessions are for you.

 

Come by yourself or bring your significant other or a friend. We work around your availability and provide you with a 55 minute session designed specifically for you. Contact the studio HERE for scheduling information.
