Rediscover your strength and confidence in a safe, supportive environment designed specifically for moms between 2–12 months postpartum (with doctor’s clearance). This small-group workshop combines gentle mat and reformer Pilates to help you rebuild from the inside out.
What to expect:

Foundational Focus: Learn proper form, alignment, and the essential Pilates fundamentals to create a strong base for your ongoing practice.
