Postnatal Pilates For New Moms

A 6-Week Journey for New Moms

Sundays • 12:00–1:30 PM • Starting 1/25/26

Rediscover your strength and confidence in a safe, supportive environment designed specifically for moms between 2–12 months postpartum (with doctor’s clearance). This small-group workshop combines gentle mat and reformer Pilates to help you rebuild from the inside out.

What to expect:

  • Foundational Focus: Learn proper form, alignment, and the essential Pilates fundamentals to create a strong base for your ongoing practice.
     

  • Safe + Specialized Programming: Every session is tailored for postpartum bodies, with modifications available for all fitness levels and physical needs.
     

  • Mind–Body Connection: Breathe, strengthen, stabilize, and reconnect with your body while building awareness that supports everyday life.
     

  • Community: Share your journey and connect with other mums in a welcoming, positive space.
